Qualifications and skills:
- Medical degree, a Master or PhD would be an asset
- Skilled in drafting reports
General professional experience:
- 10 years of professional working experience in the health sector
- previous experience in transition countries would be an advantage
Specific experience:
- specific knowledge and experience of cancer epidemiology and screening
- specific experience with sector analysis and institutional capacity planning
- experience of institution building in the health sector in transition countries.
Language skills:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
